Real Estate Dealer For 25 Years

Marcellus R, Pohimeyer, real estate dealer for almost 25 years, died yesterday in his home, 2258 N. Meridian St. He was 50. Born in Richmond, Mr. Pohl-| meyer was former president of] the Richmond Real Estate Board. He came to Indianapolis in 1037. He held several supervisory posi-| tions with the Home Owners’ Loan Association in Indiana and’ Michigan and the B. M. Ralston real estate agency. He later opened his own agency. During World War II, he served with the OPA. Mr. Pohlmeyer was a member of the 88. Peter and Paul Cathe-/ dral. The only Immediate sur-| vivor is his wife, Ogen. A requiem high mass will be © sung at 9 a. m. Monday in the 88. Peter and Paul Cathedral following services at 8:30 a. m.| in Kirby Mortuary. Burial will be in St. Andrews Cemetery, Rich-| mond. |

Wife Whistles, Mailman Ogles, Husband Sizzles

HOUSTON, Tex., Feb. 16 (UP) —A helicopter pilot sought a divorce today from his pretty, honey-blonde wife, charging she, took sun baths in the front yard! and whistled at a passing mail man. Wayne Schlesinger, 29, said his. wife, Barbara, 26, displayed her scantily-clad form in their front yard “to give men a thrill.” He also contended she often left their two small children while she went out to drink beer.
