Malt Process WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (UP) ~The Department of Agriculture has found a way to cut the cost of producing grain alcohol—substituting the use of mold for the itraditional malt process. | The Department says a plant using 12,000 bushels of grain a {day could save more than $1000 {daily by shifting to the new process.
