RIDES, BY TRADITION, are expected to move in a rosy haze. This spring and summer, that tinted haze may be more than figurative. The gown in which a bride approaches the altar may itself be suffused with faint color. Or, it may have just a touch of petal tones in embroidery to accent its traditional white. Ice blue and ice pink are not newcomers to bridal gown fashions, but some of the new tones definitely are, One of California’s designers, William Cahill, is using
