Leads Change Hands In the past week, leads have changed in seven schools. Leaders up to this date will be published, with pictures, in The Sunday Times. One girl in each high school will be a winner. The girl getting mem " most votes among ALL contest- low bers of ‘ants will receive a 16-inch Philco television set. Winners in the other 19 schools will each receive a Philco radio, with her name engraved on it.
