COLORED PLASTIC CUPS 12-16 A couple of years ago I painted cups for my youngsters and their friends as little Christmas remembrances. These cups have held up unusually well, for the enamel still is bright and has not. chipped off of the plastic cups in spite of many washings. If you would like to hand-paint a few cups to give as gifts to your friends, they look nice wrapped in transparent paper and tied with a ribbon. It is not even necessary to put a card on the wrapping, for the name of the receiver will show through the paper. The name printed on the side of the cup gives it a very personal touch, and if you are ambitious you can add a little picture too. This picture can suggest your friend's hobby or interest. Paint with a small brush in colors which will go well with the cup color. Small cans of yellow, red, white and blue will give you plenty of variety. Tie them on your Christmas tree for your family!
