(C.S.T.), for the purpose of considering and determining by vote whether an agreement to merge and consolidate the said Bank and Trust Company and The Indiana National Bank of Indianapolis, located in the City of Indianapolis, State of Indiana, under the provisions of the laws of the United States shall be adopted, ratified and confirmed and for the purpose of voting upon any other matters incidental to the proposed merger and consolidation of the two banks.
