SOUTH BEND, Sept. 27 (UP) —Funeral services will be held in Chicago Saturday for Edmund J. Warner, 46, South Bend, who died although he received transfusions totaling 35 pints of blood in two days. Mr. Warner died at Memorial Hospital yesterday. He was operated on Sunday and the hospital broadcast an appeal for {donors when he began to bleed severely. He is survived by his wife, two children and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Warner qf Chicago.
