Two More to Face ‘Grand Jury in Burglaries
| Two more men among the five implicated in a recent series of burglaries were waived to thel|. grand jury this morning hy Judge ,Josepli M. Howard of Municipal | Court 3. They are Robert Halsell, 21, 710 Lexington Ave. and Herschel Wilkoxen, 22, 1120 Fletcher Ave. Their bonds were set at $500 each ‘on charges of first degree burglary. , Part of the loot, which inluded $900 in government bonds, jewelry, money and a gun, was ound buried in a cemetery Sept. 7.| Two others have been bound over to the grand jury in the case and police still are questioning the fifth man.
