Kopenhagen Kringlers are simple to prepare. They are tiny - yeast-raised rolls, topped with a spicy cinnamon and sugar mixture and garnished

__KOQPENHAGEN _ One and one-half cups 12% cream, one-half cup fortified margarine, two tablespoons sugar, one cake yeast, three and one-third cups sifted enriched flour. Topping: one-fourth cup supar, one-fourth teaspoon cinnamon, one-half cup shaved toasted almonds. Pour cream into saucepan and heat until scalding. Add margarine and sugar. Mix well. Crumble yeast and add to lukewarm margarine-cream mixture. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Pour into large mixing ° bowl. Add half the flour to the margarine-cream mixture and aa . stir vigorously.
