spoon “marjoram, one teaspeo salt, one-fourth teaspoon pepper, one-fourth teaspoon grated onion; one egg, two tablespoons milk, two tablespoons fortified margarine. Gravy: two tablespoons flour, one cup milk or light cream.
Place the ground pork in a mix- -
Ing bowl. Add bread cfumbs, “marjoram, salt, pepper, grated onion, egg and milk. Beat this mixture vigorously with a spoon until it sticks together in one large ball. Divide the meat into eight or twelve portions and shape with

meat against the sides of the bowl. Your meat balls will then be walnut-shaped. Melt margarine in a skillet and brown the Frikadellar on each side. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Turn the Frikadellar once while cooking. Make gravy by adding flour to the drippings. Stir until the flour and drippings are thoroughly blended: Add milk ind continue to stir and cook over low heat until the gravy is gently bubbling. | ~ Let simmer slowly one minute. Arrange the Frikadellar on a platter with glazed onions and garnish, The gravy is served separately, Serves four. |
