help and consolation. It is a strange mark of the so-called faith that- so many people profess today, that it is a kind of “Faith as a last resort.” . When everything else has been tried, and when all else has failed, then they will

finally turn to God as though there is nothing to lose and that perhaps somehow something might be gained.
