: ~ " » COFFEE CHIFFON PIE One nine-inch graham crack. er crumb pie shell, one tablespoon (one envelope) plain unflavored gelatin, one-quarter cup cool water, one-half cup sugar, one tablespoen, flour, one-quarter teaspoon salt, two teaspoons instant coffee, three quarters cup hot water, oneguarter teaspoon vanilla, onethird eup nonfat dry milk, one-third cup water. Soften gelatin in cool water in mixing bow! five minutes. Mix together sugar, flour, salt and coffee in saucepan, Gradually stir in hot water, Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, Pour over softened gelatin and stir until gelatin is dis- - solved.
