Strawberry Bavarian Recipe Outlined

One tablespoon gelatin,

strawberries, fresh or frozen, one cup evaporated milk, whipped, three-quarters cup confections sugar, lady fingers. ne

Soften gelatin In. water until) "dissolved. Add strawberries and

chill until thick. Fold in whipped milk sweetened with sugar. Spoon into glass custard cups and chill

until set. Serve with lady fingers.

Serves four to six.
