But sale of lots is brisk with the resale market upping prices about 20 per cent, he says. Even the Indianapolis Water Co. admits there are not many |areas left within city limits upon {which to create buge developments. : In a survey made last year for sites near water mains, the utility says there were 39 “good” locations for development. Nine of those areas (sufficient land for six or more houses) have been filled by projects. The survey was made for builders of homes within the $6000 to $9000 range. ‘Living on Surplus’ E. G.
