Action to suspend the driver's license of a youth involved in two auto accidents within the past year will be taken today by the Indianapolis police. David McCarthy, 17, of 1302 Comer St. : McCarthy was the driver of a car which struck another driven by James Hynes, 26, of 1226 N. Illinois St, at Hanna Road and Carson Ave, Saturday night. The Hynes car was overturned in a ditch and Mr. Hynes was injured critically, His wife, LaVerne, 25, also was seriously hurt. Both are in St. Francis Hospital Police also said McCarthy was driving a car which hit a light standard on Pleasant Run Pkwy S. Dr, at the Bean Creek bridge in Garfield Park last June 15.
