10 Hoosier Pupils On National Roll

Ten Hoosier high school seniors lare among 260 students of 36 {states and the District of Colum{bia named as honor winners in the ninth nation-wide Science Talent Search. The 203 boys and 57 girls ranked close behind the 40 finalists in the national competition sponsored by Westinghouse -Elec-|’" tric Corp. and the Science Clubs of America, a Scripps-Howard activity. Joel Dean Finegan of Gary, 18-year-old Horace Mann High School senior, last week was named as one of the finalists. As a national finalist hé will share in ‘the $11,000 Westinghouse scholarships and heads the Hoo|sler delegation at the Junior Scilentists Assembly at the Claypool {Hotel on Mar, 25.
