Despite his 10-year success with the IU Writers Conference he] founded, Dean-Ralph Collins has! resigned as the conference di-| rectof. Dr. Richard B. Hudson, | formerly of Indianapolis, has been; named his successor. The retiring director, associate! professor of English and assistant] dean of the faculties, said he re-| linquished the directorship be-! cause “it is time for new blood | in the organization.” Under his
