A requiem high mass will be sung at 9:30 a. m, Saturday in the St. Francis Church after services at 8:40 a. m. in Voigt mortuary. Survivors include his wife, Mrs, Clara M.. Bischoff Higgins; two daughters, Mrs, Kathryn Melton and Mrs. Marie Sullivan, both of Indianapolis; a son, James J, Higgins, Cleveland, O,; ahd three stepchildren, Sister Gregory Ann, St. Mary-of-the-Woods, and Thomas C.
