He was associated with the Indianapolis Commercial prior to service in the Navy. He attended Fordham Unijversity (New York City) graduate school of journalism, Mr. Jordan received .the St. Louis Professional Writers Guild Award in 1047. Early next month Mr. Bailey will move to Albuquerque, N. M,, and there continue with public relations work. He also plans to attend the University of New Mexico graduate school. He became affiliated with the local association in June. 1948,
