- 1“ ” GRAHAM NESSELRODE CR™AM { One envelope plain gelatin, two cups milk, one-half cup sugar, | one-fourth teaspoon salt, two eggs, separated, one-fourth teaspoon almond flavoring, onefourth cup coarsely chopped | canned pineapple, one-fourth cup coarsely chopped maraschino! cherries, one-fourth cup chopped nutmeats, 10 graham crackers, finely rolled. Soak gelatin in milk in top of double. boiler five minutes. Add two ta“lespoons sugar and the 8 It. Cook over boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Beat egg yolks with two tablespoons sugar. Blend small amount of mixture with egg yolks; return to double boiler and cook over hot (but net boiling) water until mixture coats spoon. Chill until sirupy.
@ry; gradually beat in remaining one-fourth cup sugar and flavor-| ing. Fold into custard. Fold in pineapple, cherries, nutmeats and graham cracker crumbs. Pour into loaf pan.
