Nearing Whitehorse . WHITEHORSE, Y. T., Dec. 16 (UP)—Trans-arctic dog sledder Cecil Moore arrives tomorrow on his 5000-mile sleigh-ride from Fairbanks, Alaska, to Lewiston, Me. The long-distance musher had clear, sunny arctic weather ahead, but the temperature was hovering around 135 degrees below zero. Night temperatures were expected to drop to minus 35. Mr. Moore sald he expected to make good progress during the remainder of his journey. He left Fairbanks Nov. 14 with nine huskies and a sled equipped with rubber tires for when he ran out of snow.
