Indiana’s constitutional problems will be discussed at an Indi ana University-sponsored confer-

ence to be held at the Lincoln Hotel on Dec. 10. Ford P. Hall, dean of the adult education and public service division of IU, has announced those who will lead panel discussions. Dean Hall will also act as chair man of the conference. Luncheon speaker will be WilHam L. Bradshaw, dean of the University of “Missouri School of Business and Public Administration. His topic will be “Constitution Making in Missouri.” Moderator of the panel on “Law Making and th, Constitution” will be Prof. R, V. Peel of Indiana| University, Speakers will be State Rep. Milford Anness of Metamora, and Robert Seltzer of Indiana State Teachers College. Discuss Amendments “The Amending Process: What Is the Constitution?” will be the subject of another discussion.
