Leland Stowe, author, foreign correspondent and commentator, will speak at 7:30 p. m. Friday. His subject will be “We Still. Have Time to Win Peace.”

Regional programs will be conducted simultaneously during the two-day meeting at Bouth Bend, Ft. Wayne, Gary and Evansville.
