Bill Martin, the author who enthralled The Times’ Mr. Inside with children’s stories earlier in the year, will return to Indianlapolis for another story session in Block's Auditorium from 3 to 5 p. m., Saturday. Along with his brother, Bernard, Bill has written a series of children’s books, including “Sergednt Squeegy Bug” and “Smoky Poky.” Bernard does the illustrations.
