Physician Dies FRANKFORT, Ind, Oct. 14 (UP) — Clinton County's oldest physician, Dr. 8. B. Sims, died of a heart attack today. He was stricken while sitting in a car in the downtown district. He was 88. { Dr. Sims was the oldest living| graduate of Frankfort High School, where he received his degree in 1878. He was graduated

from Rush Medical College, Chicago, in 1884. Dr. Sims retired shortly after the end of World War II
