Harry Slattery Dies, . | Former REA Head = | WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 (UP) «Funeral services will be held Monday in Greenville, 8. C., for Harry Slattery, former head of the Rural Electrification Administration and a key figure in uncovering the “Teapot Dome” scandal. Mr, Slattery, 62, died here yesterday of a cerebral hemorrhage. He was stricken Monday with what appeared to be a stomach disorder, his physician sald, and he suffered a stroke that afternoon. }
