sure to. include enongh material in the back piece to allow for the fringe which can be cut with large shears. Lay the front pattern om
the back and put the lacing holes through both pleces at once so that the holes will match and will not pucker when they are laced. An old suede jacket or any scrap of leather will do. Use & leather punch or an ice pick as a hole puncher, and place them every 0 not have any leather, use canvas and lace it with a shoe s‘~‘ne in place of a leather thong. Cut belt slots and button hole, sew on button, and lace the back and front together. Run your belt through the slots, and pack your pounch for a hike. TOMORROW-==Watch goldfinches gather
