It was an odd sight indeed, in those hectic days of August 1943, to find Marion County’s Scott Ging, nattily attired in 2 Navy officer's uniform, keeping up with the “latest” legal developments concerning Hoosierland.

French Morocco. Today Scott Ging is Marion Co He is also a member of the law Ging and Graber.
