Stephenson Asks fo Set Aside Petitions
D. C. Stephenson, former Grand
Klan, today filed a petition in Marion County Circuit Court “political and under-

Attached to his petition was a copy of his plea filed with the Clemency Commission in March and asked the court to prevent any substitution, tampering or alteration to his original plea.
