Killed in Crash
A 35-year-old woman was killed on State Rd. 37 south of Mitchell today when the car in which she was riding overturned after striking a culvert. Police identified the victim as Mrs. Vera Hoy of Gary. Officers said Mrs. Hoy was thrown from the car and pinned beneath it. The vehicle was driven by her husband, Lee. Edith Shearer, 55, of Hobart, was fatally injured in an auto-
