Far too faint to be seen with the naked eye, the comet is probably too far south in the sky to be seen through most American telescopes.

ind purpose of the Indiana State’
wel
of the Gas Utility's management.
WHY ?
@ The Legislators wanted to make sure that experienced business men would serve as directors — without material compensation and without the possibility of persodal gain-so the affairs of the Gas Utilify would be managed on a business basis. Such men would NOT be available, if every act of theirs could be questioned for the sake of political publicity. §
€@) To successfully plan for tomorrow's need... long range thinking is necessary. It was important therefore, that elected office-holders with an understandably short-term viewpoint, would not interfere with the long-range planning that is necessary.
hel
These two points are fundamental to the welfare and success of the Gas Utility . . . and the Legislature's foresight has been PROVEN by 13 years
NS of highly successful operation,
