Everett E. Dammeyer, Indianapolis civil engineer who died Saturday in his home, 4041 Park Ave. will be buried in Crown Hill following services at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday in Flanner & Buchanan mortuary. He was 45. A lifelong resident of Indian. apolis, Mr. Dammeyer was a graduate of Manual Training High School and had been a civil engineer since his uation from Purdue University in 1925. He had been employed 18 years in the State Highway Commission. Mr. Dammeyer was a member of the Church of Our Redeemer, Pelta Upsilon Fraternity and the Society of Professional Engineers. - Surviving are his wife, Ann Lepple Dammeyer; two daughters, Miss Patricia and Miss Susan Dammeyer; his mother, Mrs, Charles Dammeyer, and a brother, Wilbur Dammeyer, all of Indianapolis,

CROWN POINT, May 23 (UP) —Joseph McAllister, 34, who has lost 50 pounds in a month-long religious fast, said today he wouldn't eat until God tells him to. He and his wife were found near collapse .in their trailer home at Hammond Friday. He was taken into police custody while his wife went to a hospital where she began eating again. Mr. McAllister said he didn’t belong to any religious sect, but that he was fasting for penance. Yesterday he told Lake County jail warden George McCormick: 8 = » “WHEN GOD tells me to eat—/| and He will soon—great things will happen, and great events.” He shrugged his when McCormick told him that Mrs. McAllistér had broken the fast,
