Times State Serviee MUNCIE, May 13-The Tr City Radio Corp. here has anncunced the tentative purchase of the Kokomo Broadcasting Corp. operators of radio station WKMO and WKMO-FM. Members of the new operating group are Donald A, Burton and W. F. Craig, president and vice president of the Tri-City Corp. and Ralph J. Whitinger, head of a Muncie accounting firm.
