Eleven-year-old Peggy Young, 1016 S. Rybolt St., was a happy youngster last Christmas when she received a shiny, green bicycle. But last week, after one of the few times she had ridden it, the bike was struck and damaged by a station wagon in the 3900 block of W. Washington St. One of a family of 10 children, Peggy

hopes the driver will return and help her fix the smashed fendecs and. bent frame.
