Pfc. Noel C. Lowe, USMC, former Indianapolis resident who was killed in action Easter Sunday, 1944, on Okinawa, will be buried with full military honors

A native of Evansville, Pfc. Lowe came to Indianapolis with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel | Lowe, in his early childhood. He was a graduate of Technical! High School where he majored in! architectural drawing. He worked here as a welder and in a ship-| yard in Virginia before entering the service.
