ANGELOPOLOUS i The sun dropped behind the tree-rimmed horizon on the Tech campus and Anderson High School's track team trudged wearily through the long shadows around the quarter-mile oval. It was ironical. Their chores done, the Indians, perennial rulers of the Indiana high school track roose, circled the track just once in sweat clothes, then went inside.
