combination of these materials gives this little home an exceptionally pretentious exterior appearance As you ‘approach the front of the house you are first impressed by the planting box to the right of the front door with a latticed window overhead. As you enter you will find a small coat closet to the right and a large living Bnd dining area on the left. These two rooms show the influence of open planning and ‘give the appearance of a great deal of space. The front of the living room has a large picture window and on the side wall there is a natural fireplace with windows on both sides. Next are two large picture windows in the dining area. From here you go directly into the kitchen, which is very efficiently and compactly: designed. There is another picture window’over the sink with work space on both sides. There are shelves along two-and-a-half walls, and there is even room’ for a table or a snack bar
on the opposite “side.
