Gov. Schricker today announced appointment of Hobart Otterson, state labor department employee, as conciliator in a Public Service Company of Indiana wage dispute. The appointment was made when the Utilities Compulsory Arbitration Law was invoked by local 1393 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workiers (AFL).
