(3 Ibs.) — 1; c. melted butter or gleo 1% tsps, salt = Wash potatoes, peel and cut into three lengthwise strips. Then cut strips into three lengthwise pieces. These pieces should be around one-half-inch wide and three-eighths inch thick. Arrange on a baking 80 the strips do not lie parallel to allow the heat to circulate between them. Worcestershire sauce 11 tbsps. lemon juice SS Crisp lettuce Mash the cheese with a fork. Soften the gelatine in cold milk, dissolve in scalded cream. Cool and add to the cheese. Drain the peaches and chop enough to make one and one-fourth cupsful (about 1/3 of the can). Add chopped peaches to the cheese with the olives, chives, salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Pack smoothly into a loaf pan (B-cup size) rinsed with cold water. Chill for several
