They sometimes try to fly them near the street, not realizing how dangerous it is to try to watch traffic and control their kite. All'of you have seen dozens of fine flying kites hanging from rooftops, trees and electric wires. This shows carelessness. USE ONLY CORD FOR KITE STRINGS. Wire strings crossing electric lines are the cause of many fatal accidents, Play safe, use cord, so that it will not coriduct electricity. March is the month when the first spring winds seem to.-be made for kite flying. Next week I will show you orie way of making a miniature kite.
