Since the English Theater no longer is available for Good Friday services, Protestant services will be held this Good Friday in Block's’ Auditorium. The decision to hold the Protes-) tant services also in the First Baptist and Second Presbyterian Churches and Catholic Way ol the cross Devotions, custom, in the World War Memorial Plaza was announced yesterday by the interdenominational) Good Friday committee. The committee met at luncheon in the YMCA. - Willlam~ Greener will serve again as chairman of the committee and the Rev. H. H, Hazenfield, as secretary. George Joslin was made a vice chairman, New committee members are William Kuebler, William O'Neal, Harold Duling, Harrison Miller and the Rev. Fr. Victor Goossens. Dr. Sumner L. Martin, superintendent of the Indianapolis Methodist District, ‘will write the Good Friday prayer.

Adoption of a measure introduced in the Hoosier Senate to outlaw placing of television screens in motor vehicles so that they are in line of vision from the driver's seat was urged today by James D. Pictures to Pupils
A étrackdown on three downtown shops reported to have sold lewd pictures to grade school pupils was ordered today by the Juvenile Aid Division. Upon questioning at a North Side grade school by Sgt. Irven Schwomeyer, JAD investigator, one pupil implicated nine others as possessing the pictures. They were lectured and ordered to bring their parents to the school tomorrow.
