Persons will be delegated to collect discarded trees Jan. 3 and 4 within a specific area to be announced. Marks Wise Men's Visit Twelfth Night, or Epiphany, falls 12 days after Christmas. It commemorates the visit of the Three Wise Men to the Infant Jesus. Christ's manifestation of himself as the Son of God to the gentiles, represented by the three kings, dates also from Twelfth Night. The kings, named Caspar, Melchior and Bathasar, brought gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh to Jesus. Out of this grew the custom for
