A police raiding party struck early today and broke up what they described as three organized gambling rings. Led by Capt. Harry Yarbrough, the vice squad cracked down first at the Bmoke House, 101 W. Michigan St. before 7 a. m. and arrested Herb Howser, 53, of 413 W. Michigan St., on a charge of advertising a lottery.
