To youngsters, the make-believe world of the theater is pure ‘enchantment . . . even without the trappings of a finished production. At the Civic Playhouse, where the Junior Civic Theater is getting set to present The Sleeping Beauty, Dec, 28 to 31, the enchantment already holds. That's true for the juvenile members of cast and crew, and it goes for the youngsters who occasionally get a peek at rehearsals.
