8 nay For ' Recognition for the best sales girls in the candy sale of the Indianapolis Camp Fire Girls will
be made at the annual doll and
toy party Saturday morning, Dec. in Block's Auditorium. The three weeks sale closed Saturday. Eight girls, who sold at least 100 boves, are’ eligible for the Century Club, They include Susan Espy, Jacqueline Surface, Patty Matthews, Crystal Proper, Sally Ann Theising, Janet Jones, Felice Fallowfield and. Roberta Levin. The girls who have sold 30 boxés of more will be named Candy Sweethearts.
Proceeds of the sale will be iised in the 1949 camping progrim of Camp Fire Girls, This’ program includes . three activities — day camp, Camp Delight and Camp Wohelo. Operating costs and capital expenditures are taken from this fund and from gifts donated to the organization. The Blue Birds also will hold their party the afternoon of Dec. 18 in Block's.
