PROVIDENCE, R. I, Nov. 25 (UP)—With Jack McGill setting the scoring pace, the Providence Reds ran their unbeaten string to seven straight games last night by walloping the Indianapolis Caps, 7-1 in an American Hockey League game before 5358 fans. McGill racked up two goals and an assist, while his left wing mate, Jackie Hamilton, also picked up 3 points on a pair of assists and a goal. Ray La Plante gave the Eastern Division leaders their first goal with less than two minutes remaining in the first period. Defender Art Michaluk, a standout in the fray, tallied at 2:59 of the second period and McGill made it 3-0 just 41 seconds later.
