Hospital Offers Home Care Plan
Cites Lower Cost, Other Advantages
By Science Service . BOSTON, Nov. 19—A home care program for the sick was urged at the meeting here of the American Public Health Association.

The cost per patient was reduced from $15 a day to $3. Inluded in the program were e-clock medical service with specialists as necessary, social service assistance, housekeeping for five to 10 hours a week, all medicines, hospital beds, wheel chairs, special mattresses, braces and other devices.
