Hospital Offers Home Care Plan

Cites Lower Cost, Other Advantages

By Science Service . BOSTON, Nov. 19—A home care program for the sick was urged at the meeting here of the American Public Health Association.

The cost per patient was reduced from $15 a day to $3.
