FRANKLIN, Ind., Oct. 22 (UP) ~The case of Richard Waller, 22, Indianapolis, on trial for first and second degree murder in connection with the fatal beating of an Indianapolis taxi driver, was expected to go to the jury late today or early Saturday. ‘ The victim, who died following a fight last Nov. 8, was Marion Pauley, 64. . ‘Waller was called to the stand|: by his counsel yesterday after the
