21 (UP)--The death toll in the| flaming crash of a Dutch Constellation luxury air liner rose to 37 today when the only survivor among nine Americans aboard, and a Dutch stewardess died in a hospital. '

Mrs, Rohrs, were identified by an airline announcement as Henry Finnie, Mary Bader, John Reichel, James Rampas, Ludwig Rohrs, William Gale Ruppert and Emma Wedemayer. 8ix of the victims were New Yorkers.
