21 (UP)--The death toll in the| flaming crash of a Dutch Constellation luxury air liner rose to 37 today when the only survivor among nine Americans aboard, and a Dutch stewardess died in a hospital. '

Mrs, Rohrs, were identified by an airline announcement as Henry Finnie, Mary Bader, John Reichel, James Rampas, Ludwig Rohrs, William Gale Ruppert and Emma Wedemayer. 8ix of the victims were New Yorkers.

Alrline officials reported there was some confusion concerning the passenger list because 38 reservations were made in Amsterdam and only 30 people boarded the plane, Mr. Ruppert was not listed as a passenger on the Amsterdam list but was identified from documents on his. body.
