on trial for first-degree murder in Johnson County Circuit Court today. Richard Waller, the" 22-year-old defendant, who lived at 1317 nage. Columbia Ave., took a change of venue from Marion County several months ago on the ground he could not get a fair trial here, Police captured Waller and four companions after an intensiye manhunt. All were indicted for murder. Other Cases Disposed Of Charges against two of the five, Chatles Hil, 25, and Edward WilHams Jr, 2], were dropped by the state for lack of evidence. The fourth man, Richard Hester, 20, was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to two to 21 years din the state reformatory.
